Are you looking for a legit work from home job in Massachusetts? You’re in luck! There are plenty of options for you.
The following companies all hire remote workers from MA. As you’re checking them out, remember they might not all have current openings. Some companies hire for seasonal positions, and others have jobs that fill quickly.

1. Epson
Are you looking for a remote sales position with a major company? Epson may be a great fit! They’re a manufacturer and supplier of printers, projectors, scanners, and other essential technology.
Epson is recruiting for two different positions in the New England region. Both positions require some experience and education. You can see all the details and requirements on their jobs page. Type “Massachusetts” into the location bar when you’re searching and add “Remote” to the keyword box.
2. VocoVision
Are you a speech therapist licensed to provide services in Massachusetts? VocoVision is hiring professional SLPs to provide teleservices for schools.
In this role, you’ll connect with students via the internet using audio and visual connections. You’ll provide instruction, and monitor progress. Because of the confidential nature of this role, you will need a place to keep records secure. High-speed internet is also required. 3. The Community Company
Headquartered in Boston, The Community Company helps brands build a community of engaged fans. This company is currently searching for applicants for a couple of positions, including a Senior Full Stack Engineer. Most of these positions are open to remote candidates, though not all of them are.
Whenever you apply with a company, make sure you always read the details. That way you know what to expect. For instance, one position with this company starts off as a 1099 contract worker. After a set amount of time, this transitions into an employee. It’s important to know your employment status, so you can arrange to save for taxes if needed.
4. Equivity
Equivity matches virtual assistants with clients. They’re looking for savvy virtual assistants can provide administrative and marketing support. As an employee of Equivity, you will not be a contract worker. Pay starts at $16.50 an hour.
All virtual assistants need a quiet space for working, a computer, smartphone, and broadband internet. A bachelor’s degree is a requirement, as is experience working as an executive assistance. You’ll need to be proficient with Microsoft Office and the Google suite. Excellent communication skills are essential.

5. Accolade Support
Accolade Support offers marketing and call center services. They’re frequently hiring customer service agents and outbound sales telemarketers to work remotely as independent contractors. The outbound sales opportunity is a great fit for candidates with a couple of years of experience, who are professional self-starters.
You need a quiet home office for making calls. This is a flexible contract position, and you can set your own hours to meet the needs of your leads. Computer skills are a must. You need to be a quick learner.

6. Apple
Do you provide great customer service? Apple hires remote customer service agents as Apple At-Home Advisors. To succeed in this position, you’ll need to be a great communicator. You should also excel at thinking critically and solving problems.
Apple At-Home Advisors are employee positions, not contract gigs. There are many benefits available, including the equipment you need to do the job.
7. KellyConnect
Are you ready to join a virtual call center? If you enjoy providing technical assistance to others, a position with KellyConnect may be right for you. In this role, you’d help customers troubleshoot problems on their MP3 players, tablets, or other devices. You’d answer basic questions about technology and patiently help solve problems.
This is a full-time position and includes evenings and weekends. You’ll need a phone, an internet connection, and a quiet work environment. 8. LanguageLink
Have you interpreted professionally before? LanguageLink is looking for independent contractors to provide interpretation services in a variety of subjects, including medical, social, and legal.
You set your own hours and rates, and work from the comfort of your home. You need to be fluent in both English and the target language. 9. Allegis Transcription
Do you want to work from home as a transcriptionist? Allegis Transcription is a leading transcription company in the insurance property and claims industry. They regularly bring on both entry-level and experienced transcriptionists as independent contractors. Their work from home portal allows workers to select files of their choosing, any time of day (or night.) it’s a highly flexible opportunity.
For the entry-level opportunities, you will need to train a couple of hours each day for 2-3 weeks. These hours are typically between 7:30 am and 3:30 pm PST. You need to follow directions well and meet all of your deadlines. A minimum 75 wpm typing speed is required.
