Some work-from-home positions have geographical restrictions. It usually has to do with local tax or employment laws. Recently, one of my readers asked about work from home jobs open to Virginians.
As a resident of Virginia, you will find several legitimate companies hiring at-home remote workers. For each of these jobs, you’ll need to read the specifications carefully as some do require you to live within a certain distance from the corporate office. Other positions might require on-site training before you’re eligible to work from home. In other words, always read the fine print before accepting a job so there aren’t any bad surprises.
So if you’re ready for a new job, try one of these companies. They frequently have at-home positions available for Virginia residents!
Note: Not all positions will be available at all times and requirements can change at any time. Please check the company websites frequently.
