Do you have a passion for skiing or snowboarding? Vail Resorts is hiring for multiple travel agent positions. You will be in charge of booking customized vacation experiences as well as lodging and activities.
In this position, you will take inbound calls only, and will not be required to do any cold calling. This is a seasonal position, which will allow you to take the summers off.
You must live within two hours of their corporate office in Broomfield, Colorado, and be able to spend four weeks of on-site training at their corporate office. There will be a one week stay in the resort during this time as well. Six months of sales experience, strong computer skills, ability to work under pressure, and a passion for skiing and snowboarding are required. Ability to speak other languages and an associate’s or bachelor’s degree are preferred skills.
2. Appen: Internet Analyst
Appen, a global leader in the development of high-quality human-annotated data, is looking to fill a variety of positions, including speech evaluation, lexicon annotation, search media evaluation, social media evaluation, translation, and transcriptions. If hired, you could be working on a variety of projects.
To be considered, you should be very familiar with the US social culture, media, and web culture. Therefore, you should have lived in the US for at least five consecutive years to ensure cultural familiarity. Candidates should have a wide range of experiences in web search, mobile devices, and social media. Access to an iPhone, Android, or Windows phone is also required.
3. CyberCoders: Mortgage Loan Processor
Work with a mid-sized mortgage company as a remote mortgage loan processor. They are looking for people who are experienced in government loans who can prepare loan documents and process them for approval. You will likely have to process loans such as USDA, FHA, and VA loans. On average, you will handle between 20-25 loans a month.
To be qualified, you should have at least five years of experience in FHA, USDA, and VA loan processing, as well as a strong understanding of Encompass.

Wrrk is a US-based customer support company that helps you scale your business. Currently, the company is hiring customer service professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for helping customers via chat, phone, or email, as well as resolve any issues in a timely manner.
You should have at least one year of online customer service, experience with Zendesk and Slack, and be able to communicate clearly.
On Glassdoor, Wrrk.com got excellent reviews. Many of the reviews stated that management is cooperative and proactive, with a strong, and positive work culture that encourages teamwork, even in a remote setting.
6. Zapier: Premier Customer Champion
Zapier is a 100% remote company. It helps people connect and automate the apps that they use every day to allow them to work more efficiently.
This company is looking for a candidate that has between three and five years experience in technical customer support, and have worked in either the APIs or in the SaaS industry. To excel in this role, you must be an excellent written communicator and be able to handle fast-moving projects with minimal supervision.
Zapier got rave reviews on Glassdoor. It creates a great environment and even gives you a budget if you want to work in a coworking space each month. The company is changing quickly, and there might be some growing pains, but the company keeps open channels of communication to help reduce any problems.
7. InFocu5: Customer Service Agent
InFocu5 is a company that provides businesses with high-end customer support services. They are currently looking to add to their remote customer service team. In this position, you will be working with new and existing customers to help resolve billing and shipping concerns.
To be considered for this position, you will need a laptop (2015 or newer), a USB headset and a high-speed internet connection.
8. Working Solutions: Sales & Customer Service Rep
Working Solutions has been on FlexJobs’ Top 100 Companies with Remote Jobs list for several years. This company is a well-known and trusted provider of work-at-home opportunities.
They are currently hiring remote sales and customer service representatives. This is an independent contractor role in which you will be providing support to customers via phone, email or chat.
To be considered, you must have 1-2 years of customer service experience.
9. StubHub: Customer Service Agent
StubHub is one of the biggest online ticket exchanges. They are looking to hire customer service agents who can serve as the face of the company. You will support the fans by answering questions and resolving any issues via chat and phone. In this position, you also have the opportunity to meet with fans at live events.
You must work at least 10 hours a week, with the ability to work up to 16hours a week. There are a variety of shifts available, with at least 2 hours of weekend availability required.
Qualified candidates will have two years of experience in a customer service role, be tech-savvy and self-motivated. You should have a wired internet connection, two monitors, a desktop or laptop that is less than three years old, and a landline.
