Hilton Work-from-Home Job Reviews
While you never really know what a company will be like, reading reviews can help you get a better idea of what to expect. All in all, the reviews for Hilton look pretty good.
On Glassdoor, a stunning 94% of reviewers approved of the company CEO. Over 80% of respondents indicated they’d recommend these jobs to a friend. And, they received 4.1 out of 5 stars. That’s pretty impressive! Many reviewers mentioned Hilton offering work/life balance and a good PTO policy. Negative comments tended to be about working long hours, and micromanaging.
Whenever possible, I recommend checking out reviews on more than one site. That helps to paint a clearer picture and give you additional insight. So, I decided to take my own advice and head over to Indeed to read some more reviews.
Here, Hilton has 4.0 out of 5 stars, with over 12,000 reviews. Many employees commented on the quality of the training program, and the great benefits the company offered. The most common complaints were that there were sales quotas to reach and the position had low pay.
Hilton isn’t a perfect company, there aren’t any of those. But, after reading the reviews, I came away with the impression that they do really care about their employees. And that is important.
You do need to understand the position you are applying for. If you don’t want to meet sales quotas, the sales job isn’t one you should apply for. Take time to read the job description carefully and watch the information videos Hilton offers on their jobs page. Knowing what to expect can help you decide whether these are positions you’d be happy with.
