We are looking to move to a retirement community and yes I am that age but I want to work from home part time. I am thinking of starting with surveys while I am still working. I am a damn good administrative assistant. I am just not sure what to specialize in. Typing and fast typing is not my bag that is for sure.

In reply to Holly. Hi, Holly. We have an individual plan as my husband is self-employed as well. It's crazy-expensive, but hopefully we will see some relief in the health insurance industry soon. We can deduct the premiums on our taxes, so there's that I guess. ;)

When I started working from home I was so scared. I had no idea how things were going to work out. Thankfully they did – but there were some rough patches along the way. And boy did it take time for my fam to get the idea that I was actually working. But like you said, it’s all worth it. 🙂
