It was a short but quite informative interview.
I liked the way how she found out what business she wants to start… most of the times we are too busy looking for an “awesome” business ideas while ignoring the thing we’re already good at. One must go for the thing one loves to do and turn it into a profitable business.
It would be great to see you write more about insurance and licensing needs. I feel this information is very scarce over the internet. Moreover it changes with different states and cities, so even if you can cover your area, it would be very great. Think about it.

Thank you for this article. I am planning on opening a cleaning business, but I am still trying to work out a few details. I am in the feasibility stage, so to speak. Still looking for helpful information. I did however, find a great tool http://www.timelyvisit.com that offers to help me build my own website for free, plus they have a feature that I can integrate within the site called appointment scheduler, which enables clients to book appointments online.
