Hey Angie! I’ve been trying to work from home for many years now. I’ve been an activity assistant at multiple nursing home/assisted living. Helping with planning activities for the residents such as games, arts and crafts, exercises, outings, music program etc. I was wondering if maybe their was any kind of job you knew of to help plan activities for elderly people or even children and get paid working from home doing so. Please let me know. It would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you ?

If you find your local consultant through the main site, Mary Kay is another direct sales business. No quotas, no territories. No minimum inventory to have on hand (though some is recommended for immediate success) and training is amaaazing. You can go to meetings to get hands on, or watch videos and listen to audio. I have learned so much just about life and success through my business and just love it. 🙂

I currently work at home as a customer service agent and transcriptionist. I would like to say while work at home customer agent jobs are in abundance I have found them to be very demanding. I’ve had to cut it back to part time work, which wasn’t an easy task, because I still have a lot of demand as a single mom for my children and grandchildren. I am really trying to migrate to virtual assistant work more, because that is heart is. But I’ve found this very hard to get into because I haven’t worked in that arena for a few years and they are just not letting you in the door. But I keep trying and I know sooner or later an opportunity will show up that’s made for me. If anyone knows an opening please feel free to let me know.

Just a comment regarding AccuTranGlobal… I attempted to start with them last year and passed the tests. They didn’t get back to me with an assignment so I contacted them. They indicated it was their mistake and they would get me started. That never happened either. I ended up giving up, not wanting to work for a company that seemed so disorganized. Hopefully, other people have better experiences with them!

Yes , this list is really superb Angie. I am also interested to start a new home based business. But I am really confused which type of business is suitable for me. I have a small baby. So I can spend only three to four hour a day. A friend of mine started his career as a freelance writer last year. Before starting the business she consulted Global Wealth Coach center in Ontario.
