How’d you like to make money merely by sharing your opinions? How about signing up for a website and then just doing stuff you do anyway – like shopping, reading emails, doing web searches, or even playing games? There are so many legitimate ways to make money online these days – opportunities to make easy cash doing simple tasks shouldn’t surprise us! Still, it might surprise you just how easy it is to pull in rewards by signing up for the following programs.
Complete Tasks for Rewards
InboxDollars will give you $5 just for signing up, though you’ll need to accrue $30 before you can request a payout. You can earn cash by reading emails, taking surveys, watching videos, and more. They also offer sweepstakes entries in addition to the cents you earn per task; these sweepstakes entries can be redeemed for chances at more money (or more sweeps). Payments are made via prepaid Visa card, TANGO card, or check.
Swagbucks – When you sign up for Swagbucks (at this time), you can earn 1000 SBs (which is equivalent to $10). The catch is that this bonus is a “SwagUp”, meaning that you have to take an action to activate the award. Generally, that action will be completing offers to earn a certain amount of SBs in a specific time period – say, the first 60 days of membership. You can do this by watching videos, taking surveys, shopping, playing games, etc. You can redeem SBs for gift cards or cash when you earn enough.
Fusioncash offers $5 if you just sign up, confirm your email address, and complete a brief survey. You can earn more by signing up for their advertised offers – for example, by signing up and using GameFly, you can currently earn $8. You can also watch videos, take surveys, do searches, click on things, and more. You can cash out once you have $25 in your account, and points must be redeemed for cash within 180 days of issuance. Payments are issued through Paypal, direct deposit, or check.
Cash4Offers also offers $5 for signing up. You earn your first payout at $35, which will take about a month to be credited to you. After that first payment, you become a Gold Member and receive subsequent payments in less than 3 business days. You can earn additional rewards doing the usual – reading emails, playing games, referring your friends, and so forth.
Go Shopping for Rewards
Ebates will give you a $10 welcome bonus, but only if you make qualifying purchases of $25 or more within your first 90 days of membership. You can make these qualifying purchases and earn more cash from shopping online with various major retailers, earning a percentage back off Ebates’ affiliate links. You can even earn on purchases made in stores in some cases! You’ll get a “Big Fat Check” (either as a real check mailed to you or as a Paypal payment) each time they pay out so long as you have over $5 in your account. They pay out on May 15, August 15, November 15, and February 15 each year.
BeFrugal also lets you score $10 just for signing up, and you also earn by shopping through affiliate links. To qualify for your $10 bonus, you’ll need to earn another $10 in 90 days after joining. They have thousands of stores you can shop, coupons available, and offer up to 40% cash back on qualifying purchases. Payment is received within 10 days after you make a payment request, which you can do only when you reach a certain minimum.
iBotta is a great app that lets you earn cash back on your regular grocery shopping – and they’ll give you $10 to create an account and redeem your first brand name rebate. Just install the app on your phone, unlock rebates for those products you will be purchasing, and then photograph your receipt with your phone when you’re done. You may need to take additional steps, such as scanning a QR code with your phone when required. Once you have a balance of at least $20, you can request a payout via Paypal, Venmo, or bank transfer.
Open Accounts for Rewards
Qapital is a new way to bank and they’re currently offering $5 just to sign up and $5 for referrals. In order to earn your $5, you’ll need to create a free account, link your checking account, and then make a deposit. That’s it. And with Qapital’s new goal-oriented method of banking, you’re signing up for a powerful savings tool as well as scoring some free cash. What I really like about this microsavings account is they already have a savings program set up for freelancers which will set aside a portion of your paychecks for taxes. They also have a program set up for the ever-popular 52-week savings plan in which you save $1 week one, $2 week two and so on reaching a grand total savings of $1378 in just one year.
Capital One 360 will give you $25 if you open a new savings or checking account with them and deposit a minimum of $250. Capital One 360 requires no minimum balances and there are no fees. I’ve had an account over here for years.
These are just twelve examples of the many, many money-making opportunities online! Sure, you won’t make a ton off these opportunities, but you can certainly pull enough to pay for coffee indulgences, buy a tank of gas, or go to the movies.
