CreateSpace - Ready to publish your first book? CreateSpace can help. If you are a do-it-yourself-er, you can get your Print-on-Demand or Kindle book published and listed on Amazon and other distribution channels for around $10. If you need help with design or other elements, they have those services available for an additional cost. This is a cost effective way to get your book out there.
