If you are looking to make money on the web, you have likely heard that blogging is the only way to go. You will have access to endless income opportunities, and the only business practices you have to worry about are your own. I have gathered up some of my most popular posts over the years that will show you some of the options to make money from your blog. Click through any of the below links for further information and available resources for that specific income avenue.
Pay Per Post Companies are often the first place new bloggers turn to when they are ready to make money blogging online. These programs connect advertisers and publishers for review opportunities, PR campaigns and more. Some blogs are supported almost entirely by paid blogging and review opportunities. It is not my preferred income avenue as I find it rather stressful, but some love it.
The Amazon Affiliate Program is a great program if your blog relates more to tangible than digital products. They are one of the largest online merchants today…and they always have free shipping! This is an affiliate program I have grown to love over the past year or so. You may find you love it too.
Maybe you don’t like promoting individual products. You can still get paid to refer people to companies in some cases. There are referral programs available for everything from daily deal sites to money-making opportunities and more. Please remember to be a responsible lead generator. Only sign up for those programs you use and can honestly recommend, and don’t spam!
Hands-Off Affiliate Marketing is possible with a couple of great programs. They eliminate the need to apply to individual programs. You can get around Affiliate Nexus Tax issues. Your job is simply to blog, they take care of the linking and payments.
Blog advertising is one of my favorite ways to make money blogging. I have at least one blog that relies on this income avenue only. There are businesses – big and small – that may be willing to pay for ad placement on your site. This can come in the form of banners, text links and more. I use OIO Publisher for managing my ad space in most cases.
Not quite enough? How about 70 more ways to make money blogging? This list includes many of the options we have already discussed, but also a lot more. From affiliate programs to review opportunities, this is likely a little something on the list perfect for your blog.
